Why cannot use metal spoon to take honey out of bottle?

This is because pH of honey is between 3 and 3.9, such an acidic. If contact with an iron spoon, it may be oxidized then it will effect the heavy metal diffuse into the honey.  So it is better to use glass, porcelain/clay, wood or plastic spoon and cup.

Usage:

-Mix 1 tablespoon honey to 200ml of water below 40'c, or can consume directly.

Storage:

-Keep at room temperature. "NEVER REFRIGERATE" because Original Raw Honey may crystalize at low temperature.
